how we met

We met on September 25th, 2010. I planned a boys trip to Epicenter 2010, a 3-day concert where our favorite band was playing. Little did I know I would be meeting my future wife. My buddy decided to bring his girlfriend, who happened to be Laura’s best friend at the time, and she invited Laura. We all met at my house early in the morning, and that’s when I saw her for the first time. At first, I thought that she would never be into a shorter guy but we all know what happened! During the first 3 weeks of meeting, we hung out almost every other day. I found out that we both were in love with classic muscle cars! We both were dog people, loved Disney classics, and loved sports. That’s when I knew I had to be with her. So on January 3rd, 2011 on top of Big Bear Mountain, I made it official. Fast forward almost 8 years…

how they asked

On August 24th, 2018, I proposed to the love of my life. I left a note for her to find at home about a horseback riding surprise and off we went! We arrived at the trail and I couldn’t stop smiling. She was stunning, and I couldn’t stop thinking about how she was about to become my fiancée. We rode down to Loon Point Beach where there was a romantic picnic waiting with champagne, roses, and a card for distraction.
